The curriculum at Kid Goals is based on contributions from its advisory board and various soccer coaches from around the world. Much like a good school teacher needs to be armed with various teaching styles we believe a good soccer coach should do the same. Understanding that each player learns differently requires that a coach must figure out how to obtain the desired positive behavior from each student. Utilizing evidenced based teaching methods is at the core of our curriculum. We believe that by using tried and true teaching methods we can obtain our ultimate goal of teaching and players mastering the fundamentals of soccer.
Our curriculum is constantly being modified and improved upon. There are some things that will always remain constant like developing critical thinking skills, having fun and repetition training. However, by always being on the lookout for new ways of teaching we are always in a state of “creative destruction”. We are always evolving our teaching styles so that we can continue to offer the best training available to our clients.
